Looks like all three are charged with malice murder and felony murder along with false imprisonment and aggravated assault. So I’d pay 300 (or whatever multiple if you want more/less) if either McMichael dad or son gets acquitted on all the murder charges he’s facing (I almost said both but for some reason they’re being charged four times on felony murder, probably because there’s four underlying felonies). You’d pay 100 (or whatever) if both McMichaels gets convicted of any of the murder charges they face.

I feel like if you’re a leftist in an open carry state you should be very careful going forward.
It’s probably pointless to protest because our future is sealed for national issues. But if you are going to you should probably be armed in open carry states.

The way SCOTUS is going, it won’t be too long before every state is a default open carry state.
I’ve only watched a little bit of the Arbery case but the judge appears to have at least 100 points of IQ above the Kyle judge.
Haven’t been following the case close enough to place any action and from what little I have seen the prosecution looks much more competent than the clowns in Kenosha.

The prosecution is good (the defense is better than Rittenhouse as well). But the facts are so incredibly bad that the defendants are just totally fucked.
I thought it was quite the opposite and that the prosecution sucked

Rittenhaus’s victims weren’t POC, were they? I feel like I knew this but some of the Twitter reaction is making me question that. Obviously I understand that the situation in Kenosha was rooted in the police murdering a POC.

The guy who tried to kick Rittenhouse was black and Rittenhouse shot at him twice and missed. That resulted in the attempted murder charge.
