About Moderation

One of the very cool things is I never described the game or even said it was a game! How are they supposed to find your info by googling Hitler? They would have to google the game, and how could they possibly know that except from his own post?

Yes or no?

What? I don’t know anything about the circumstances

Why are you asking me if I think you deserved to be doxxed, as if I am a doxxer?

I’d have to look it up, but it’s difficult with your ever changing names, I believe it was you who said I deserved it for being so open with my info.

Amazing.

The person you were talking about here (jalfrezi - and he wants you to know it was him), vetoed you.

I feel the same way about most of those people that you feel about Simp - they are assholes who nevertheless shouldn’t have been permabanned.* But ultimately, when they were banned or driven off, you stuck up for them and called the people running them out banlusters. And now when Simp got shanked, you defended Risky and called Simp an asshole. The guiding principle isn’t some philosophical idea of moderation, it’s supporting your friends. No big deal, everyone does it, but let’s call a spade a spade.

*Sabo is the exception because he demanded a personal referendum

You’re wrong. It’s almost mind boggling how dense you are being, but you’re determined to think you’re right I guess.

I’ve never once even implied I thought simp should be banned.

… I didn’t say you did

If you’re truly anti-ban, you have to actually argue against the ban. Literally none of the anti-ban contingent has done this. If you meekly say you’re against it, then spend all your time attacking the perp and defending the banner, well imagine someone doing that for ice deportations.

First time interacting with Alex?

So what did I defend risky about? That she’s a person and simp is an asshole for doing things like intentionally misgendering her?

You spent a bunch of posts defending her from accusations of bias and impropriety (becoming a mod and instantly nuking someone), which to me seem like quite fair questions to ask.

If you weren’t friends, you wouldn’t have said anything. That’s the mind of the UP shitlib for ya

No, I don’t. I have every right to not say anything about it at all.

And, since this site blew up democracy and the mods just became mods for life, I don’t participate in modding actions. I don’t vote for or against mods or any of their actions. It’s not a community owned site anymore.

For the record, I am not jal. My names are in my profile

Did you think Jal was a gay USAian trucker who has difficulty staying out of jail when trying to live his principles

I argued that presuming she is biased because she is intersex (it was assumed trans though) is wrong. Do you disagree?

Also too… I am the only one who never ends his paragraphs with punctuation despite using it up until the end

It’s difficult for me to understand the idea of spending so much time here without picking up different posters’ personalities and histories and manner of typing. But it seems like about half of you think that should be illegal

Imagine thinking I’m not allowed to pick which deported people I choose to support. If my best friend is deported, a day laborer who did nothing wrong, or a homicidal maniac, I’m obligated to go out of my way to affirmatively support all of them equally.
