That’s not how discussion forums work. There are excellent tools in this software for you to ignore users, which I encourage you to use if you want to. You don’t get to tell a user to not reply to you, and “So what happens after his third strike” seems like a friendly enough question to me. You don’t have to reply, which is also how discussion forums work.
