Statement from Daniel Logan, the actor who played Young Boba Fett in the prequels.
Bulloch would go on to have a small cameo in Star Wars Episode 3: Revenge of the Sith as Captain Jeremoch Colton, and he was a mainstay on the convention circuit, giving talks and appearances until he retired in 2018.
His statement in 2018:
Dear Friends,
It is with a heavy heart that I have decided to stop attending conventions and hang up the Fett helmet. It has not been an easy decision to make. In 1979 I was called onto the set of Empire Strikes Back to play Boba Fett, and since that day it has changed the entire direction of my life in such a wonderful way. It has been a privilege to have had the opportunity to inspire so many generations of Star Wars fans. I have had over 20 years of travelling with my wife Maureen to some amazing countries and have met so many wonderful fans. Thank you all so much and we will miss you all.

Yeah, it’s pretty dope. I think they messed up one thing (in spoilers), but it was a good watch.
Mando shouldn’t have shown his face in the previous episode. That made it seem just a little less important when he did it this time

Season finale was great but now I really really want them to erase the sequels from canon.
Obviously can’t dislike much about the ending ending, I still feel the first 5 episodes > the last 3. I liked the Tano episode the best. Overall, A-, a bit stronger than season 1.
No, it was really important that he do it last episode just to show that he was willing to do anything. That shows more than doing it because the kid wants it. Doing it then came across as more significant than if it hadn’t happened and he did it in this episode.

Watched the last episode.
Best part was showing how powerful Luke was as a Jedi. The one Dark Trooper kicked Mando’s ass and Luke went through 50 of them like butter.

I know I would probably eat the single marshmallow (or the old donut if you enjoyed The Five-Year Engagement) because I spoiled myself and watched this scene from the finale.
My god. I felt like Adam Sandler at the end of Uncut Gems when he finds out whether he won that big prop bet.
Been just a couple of other recent prequel renditions from the original trilogy era that delivered that level of fan service, and one of those was made by a fan.

That Vader scene at end of Rogue One made my jaw drop seeing it in the movie theater. I was blown away. Especially how it’s juxtaposed with how calm he is at the beginning of A New Hope.

After the Ahsoka episode, I decided to suspend Mandelorian and watch Clone Wars. Well worth the time. Adds a whole lot of depth to the characters, especially Obiwan, Ahsoka and Anakin. The 20 minute episodes just fly by.
Bingeing causes the battle scenes to drag because they have to happen almost every episode. But the lightsaber fights never get old.
After watching Clones, one realizes that our Mando was raised by the Religious Right sect of Mandalorian society.
