Hes not posting about me…
Nice
I’ve come close to replying to idiotic Facebook posts and have always resisted the temptation. Good to know I have potentially saved myself thousands of dollars.
'Murica still has a little more free speech than many other places and it’s easier to call people short hunchbacked idiots here and get away with it.
Clearly attempted murder/vehicular homicide, but I’d be shocked if he’s found guilty or pleads guilty to that..
You could make a case (and it looks like several people did in the comments) that the driver may have thought the biker was reaching for a gun.
(I don’t actually think that’s what the driver was reacting to, but I’d be making that case in a courtroom.)
In any case, biker is a fucking idiot.
He’s not likely to plead guilty to vehicular homicide or manslaughter if the victim is not dead.
Hence “attempted.”
TIL nudity in Seattle is legal due to the precedent set forth in Seattle vs Johnson.

Looking forward to the 5-4 ep on this case!
They couldn’t find a defendant named Schwartz or Richards?

Clicking through that article, I have a couple of thoughts:
- LOL at Ohio being ranked higher than Pennsylvania. Cmon.
- I don’t know anything about Alaska or New Mexico, but I’ve only heard positive things about them. If I were from Alaska (#49) or New Mexico (#47), I would be IRATE that we ranked below West Virginia, Alabama, and Arkansas. (Mississippi slipped in between at #48)
- Utah was ranked #1, which whatever. I’ve enjoyed the time I spent in Utah. But this quote is bonkers:
Twenty-five years ago, “Utah was probably known for three things:
‘Footloose,’ green Jell-O, and the third would be a very youthful workforce,” says Curtis Blair, president and CEO of the Provo-based Utah Valley Chamber of Commerce.
Who the hell thinks of Utah when they think of Footloose (or thinks of Footloose when they think of Utah, either way)??? I don’t care if it was filmed there, there is absolutely no chance that people are like “Oh yeah, Footloose is definitely capturing the vibes of living in Utah.”
Yeah, I bet it’s Seattle vs. JOHNSON
Utah is weird because SLC is extremely nice but the rest of the state is like abandoned uranium mines and roving bandits.
CA is 37 and OH is 38
On what metric are CA and OH anywhere close to one another?
LOL at anyone having a serious discussion about a clickbait article from a magazine that hasn’t been relevant for 30 years.
Columbus is way nicer than people expect, CA as a whole is crappier overall than people realize.
