I donāt think it matters whether he actually is or not. If we are having to argue, oh no, he just sounds like he wandered out of the nursing home only wearing one slipper, then we lose. The election is not actually governing. If he canāt win an election, it doesnāt matter whether he is still actually super sharp when only his closest advisors are around him.

I think this Biden bashing can questioning whether heās the best person to defeat Trump can go on thru the convention. Hopefully, he can be replaced somehow. But after that, regardless of who the nominee is, it needs to stop cuz it only helps Trump

itās bad enough for a POTUS to not even be mildly uplifing, but consider the opportunity cost that comes from being a figurehead and failing to respond while hideous shit is happening all around you. Bidenās personal debate malfunction was so shocking that itās easy to forget that half the reason Trump was able to look semi-sane to casuals was because biden couldnāt make any kind of forceful rebuttal even though Trump had surrounded him with teeballs

This is a massive misunderstanding of what POTUS does. You need to read up on it some more. They are by no means a figure head.
I agree we could use a statesman and someone who seems sharp enough to make quick important decisions if necessary. Iām just saying the day to day running of the country isnāt an issue even if heās in a coma

Good for Jon saying it how it really is. Itās why I think Kamala or really any replacement could win. Like he says Americans are starving for anything different after a decade of Trump Biden and Clinton being the only options.

Guys come on. I get it, even a severely diminished withered old man is better than Trump. Way better. But if this guy wasnāt on your team, youād be absolutely apoplectic screaming for him to be removed from office until you were blue in the face. It can be true that the country did well during Bidenās term so far, and also that this man absolutely positively should NOT be the President of the United States.
