If you were an actual WNBA/Caitlin Clark fan, there is basically a 0% chance her liking that post followed you. The only Caitlin Clark fans upset are the ones that got interested in her because she was beefing with a black girl and then not put on team USA allegedly due to being white. They were always going to stop being fans at some point (assuming they ever actually even watched a WNBA game) because they hate women (and women’s sports), this just gave them a nice excuse to loudly bail.

And just for the record, many of the animals people routinely eat are cute as fuck and capable of affection, play, relationships, etc etc etc. Cows are adorable. So are goats. But of course white people have chosen dogs and cats as untouchable. And FWIW I’m not advocating for eating dogs and cats, I’m advocating for people to be more mindful of what they ARE eating.
