Quite a long (20 min) set of diner interviews with both dem and rep white people from Indiana. I thought it was a very good piece for demonstrating the utter disconnect between two parallel American realities. The democratic voting republican couple at the end are great.

I think the single biggest thing they’re doing right is not giving media the chance to define her or control the narrative. They are basically bypassing them altogether and taking their campaign directly to the people via social media and events. If the media wants any access at all, they have to cover her events. Otherwise, fuck off

The improvement I see from 2016 version is not patronizing over trump and his voters. Instead of making fun of him for being inferior, they make fun of him for (part of) what he is - an eccentric billionaire without a faint connection to the real world.
77% would be historically low? Dems have been wafflecrushing the black vote for decade, even 90+% is not unheard of.
