This in a Harris +3 poll overall. Seems legit. I don’t understand this issue recurring. I looked in the crosstabs and they got as many people in this age bracket as the other brackets, so it’s not just an especially small sample being noisy.

In the states that don’t make this illegal, the Dems should be organizing whatever they can to help college students vote, whether that’s getting them to register where they’ll be in November, transportation or getting Krispy Kreme for people in line to vote, but instead they’ll probably just yell at young people for not voting enough.
