The problem I see with GA at this point is that she is basically on par with Biden in the metro ATL counties with all the early vote counted. The sampling I have done on the eday vote looks to be slightly worse than the early vote. So it looks like she will do a bit worse than Biden in both metro ATL and rural GA.

Nope.
That NE vote can be flipped to red if NE wants it to be. It will be challenged if they do that. That will end up in the SC, who will say that it is totally fine for them to do that. Then there is a 269-269 tie. So the house votes for president, one vote per delegation. Since there are more red states, Trump wins. .
