Nope.
That NE vote can be flipped to red if NE wants it to be. It will be challenged if they do that. That will end up in the SC, who will say that it is totally fine for them to do that. Then there is a 269-269 tie. So the house votes for president, one vote per delegation. Since there are more red states, Trump wins. .

Several hours from now. Fuzzy memory but it seems like it was 3-4 hours from now before the tide started turning.
before the late ballots started being counted from the urban areas, early results skewed heavy trump and doomer vibes here. I doubt this year has as many mail ins as 2020 though.
