I know it’s late but I read this whole article though. Man if you wanted one article to show how class affects people’s lives and how the justice system treats the the poor vs the rich so very differently, this is it. It’s just too good to quote any part of it.

just got through an international airport’s security checkpoint with 300+ people in line and no ID + additional screening in less than 15 minutes - sometimes being handicapped is nice
