This whole thing makes the Santos situation even better. A complete fraud just bumbling into this mess, having fun.
I mean, I wont speak for others but I certainly have a different view of the Parliamentarian providing assistance in providing rules guidance for an unusual situation in organizing the House vs. the Parliamentarian deciding the Senate cant make healthcare policy passed by majority vote.
