26 is South Philly, mostly Italian working class/middle class. 58 and 66 are Far Northeast Philly, upper middle class, lots of firefighters and cops live there, borderline suburban. I haven’t spent any time there, but my guess would be a similar makeup of people to like Staten Island.

They are probably in 2, possibly 1. Hard to tell, they’re within a block or so of the line diving those two. There are basically 7 wards on there that I’d consider South Philly. The stadiums are in 39, for another easy landmark.
I think it’s safe to call CO-03 for Boebert, pending something absurd happening on the recount. That’s been fairly obvious all day, I’d say.
