2022 Midterm Elections (Abandon hope all ye who enter here) butnahhh. or maybe?

Poles like her. And anyone with half an ounce of common sense hates Stitt. But who knows. If recreational weed was on the ballot, it’s a landslide. Criminal that they somehow moved it to another election.

This is amazing and I’ve never seen it.

Ya that is 100% why they moved rec weed to 2024. Also it has a better chance to fail in a presidential year and the powers that be want it to.

So Dem election officials in Philly voted a little while back to get rid of some hand reconciliation procedure they were using to catch duplicate mail/in person votes. It caught three dozen votes in 2020, and then none in the two or three elections since (including primaries). They were the only location in the entire state using this procedure, nobody else uses it.

The GOP sued to stop them and force them to continue using it. A judge ruled that the GOP can fuck rihgt off because it was the last minute.

Dems then decided, after winning the lawsuit, to do what the GOP wants anyway! Don’t expect final results in Oz/Fetterman tonight, and do expect Oz to have the lead if it’s going to be a close Fetterman win, which means STOP THE STEAL is a viable option.

This could actually be good if the early vote skewed heavily Dem.

My parents voted opposite parties a bunch of times and it never made sense to me why they bothered leaving the house.

If all passed, that would be 24 states with legal recreational weed. Kinda wild

Arkansas, Maryland, Missouri, North Dakota and South Dakota have measures on their ballots this fall for voters to consider legalizing recreational marijuana.

Pretty sure its March 2023… it’s going to be it’s own special election. which as you both stated is a massive win for republicans

Yuck. Did not realize that.

Jesus Christ

Dems did nothing. Dems have no coherent message and mostly ran garbage time candidates. CNN went full GOP. Inflation.

This is going to be a historical bloodbath and it’s well deserved.

Dems massive early voting lead in Washoe County Nevada (Reno) was completely wiped out in the first two hours the polls were open.

I mean, we’re all old enough to remember Ds spiking the football based on early voting in FLA in 2016 right? I hope they make this last handful of judges count because it’s the last thing they’re passing in our lifetimes.

It’s really hard for a center-left coalition to have a coherent message. Republicans have a coherent message because they have a small tent.
