I dont think he is some demagogue, I just think he is putting forth some of the most progressive policies of any governor out there. I want a progressive government, so flaws or not he is at the top of my list right now.
That could obviously change, but its where Im at now.
I think he could run for president and win and probably do a better job than most of the ones we have had, I’ll say that, I’m still not a fan though.
He’s mostly just continuing Brown’s legacy who was insanely popular. Brown was incredible. i wish he ran for pres.

This shit LOOKS progressive but I’ve seen enough of these types of movements to know it is actually a huge boon to developers, who will just use the land to create uber-expensive cookie cutter condos that rapidly gentrify areas and push the poor out quickly. They’ve been doing this all over the state for a while now, just aggressively building super expensive homes that rich people buy and does absolutely nothing to solve the housing shortage, it actually does worse, because it seems to drive rents UP not down.
Lots of stuff like that, it isn’t always as it seems with them, IMHO.
What they need actually is more aggressive rent control and more tenant rights.
