I’ve never seen a sucker punch where the sucker puncher was facing the other person, and not the aggressor, but I think that might qualify. Still a well-deserved sucker punch.

Got a $30 TENS machine for my back and so far I kind of dig it. I have no idea if it helps healing but I like the electrical massage and so far have avoided putting it on the gooch

??? I saw self defense there. Guy in the blue cap committed assault by stalking towards him and raising his fists and he had to defend himself.

Yeah it is technically. But Francis put himself in position and baited the guy by backing away and keeping his hands down - always with the intent to snap-strike with the right hook.
Watch how Francis moves into position a few seconds before the punch.
Im just mostly impressed with how he orchestrated that. Zero sympathy for the guy who got hit.
