I hate it when someone on Twitter makes a rule, and reminds people of the shame they should feel if they break their made-up rule, because now it’s the law. I don’t know what exactly a “real ale” festival is.
oh fuck that guy right to hell
Super awesome that gmail now bounces anything I send with a PDF attached, despite dozens of messages back and forth to this same address over the past year.
Also, that festival tweet guy isn’t totally wrong, but it’s his own fault for going to lame shows that attract a bunch of olds.
The plus 35 crowd is totally killing the vibes at the Blink 182 festival
Yeah if you’re at Lolla or Coachella you won’t notice anybody over 35 for 90% of the acts, then all of a sudden RHCP or something are playing and the average age is 50.
Exactly. lol, the whole point of being over 35 is that you don’t have to give a crap about this kind of thing anymore.
One of the best things about Burning Man is that age doesn’t matter at all.
my understanding is that market level financial data is more plugged into the regulator, finance in general adopted big data well ahead of everyone. and they also knew to pile so much data that a public regulator wouldn’t have resources to process it all. now, retail or fund investors account data isn’t available, because of freedoms or whatever, which is why you need irs to be fully staffed. they have the authority to look into accounts but every single one takes a lot of time.
public utilities and even gas and oil live data is somewhat available, mostly because so much of it organized into a market that started trading. even pipeline space gets traded, which would be hard to do without public disclosures.
I think that was the motto of Epstein Island also.
i went to a rap festival a few years ago in my early 30s and was surrounded by drunk, vaping teenagers. An hour before Wu Tang went on a bunch of 30-60 year olds showed up and the crowd around that stage was full of them by the time they started playing.
None of them know how to pace themselves. They show up at noon for a festival where it’s +30C, beers cost $12 and are drinking/vaping/doing lines at noon, then too fucked for headliners after paying $150 for a ticket.
and then wake up the next day with the first hangover of their lives wondering what happened, meanwhile i probably drank more but had the good sense to do my “festival protocol” which is 2 bottles of water per every drink consumed. works like a charm.
Basically me last year at Beachlife fest by my house, minus the lines and vaping.
I remember about 5 seconds of Janes Addiction. You’re only as young as you feel!
I wouldn’t buy in one off plans. You really don’t know how they will perform since buildings aren’t meant to go very high on small lot sizes.
The millenium tower one should have piled to the bedrock but they didn’t.
This one also has tons of problems:
Run The Jewels are 47 years old X 2 and would incinerate any hip hop artist performing live currently.
They’re supposed to be opening for RATM next year but that show has been moved back 3 times already so we’ll see if it ever actually happens. Bought those tickets in Feb 2020
i was thinking about that time the fresh prince of bel air almost married his stepsister, but i couldn’t believe it really happened so i looked it up and it wasn’t easy, it’s not on the main wikipedia page. but luckily there’s a fresh prince of bel air fan page for the character i’m looking for (lisa wilkes) that explains her character’s story arc. but then i get to the last two sentences and idk who to believe
The night before the wedding, Lisa and Will send Vy and Lisa’s father, Fred, to a restaurant to get to know each other, and they are later caught sleeping together. When Lisa and Will cut their second wedding short, Fred and Vy decide not to let the ceremony go to waste; they get married right then and there. Thus, Lisa and Will become stepbrother and stepsister. Lisa sleeps with Uncle Phil shortly after the wedding, unbeknownst to Will and Vivian. Lisa and Uncle Phil enjoy a very satisfying, playful, and secretive physical relationship long after she ends her engagement to Will.
Half the RATM/RTJ tour is still on for this year, I’ve got Buffalo tickets for late July
Same festival, same story, though I do remember that Jane’s was pretty tight.
