It’s not that big of a deal. We have other plans to do there so I’m still excited. Just curious on others peoples thoughts to see if I over or under shot the negotiating.
It may not be a big deal to you, but enjoyable pool vs not enjoyable pool is a huge value. You should be compensated.
Was an issue in a few places in norcal too when I was looking. Also a few places in NYC, but most had them.
All three of my LA apartments came with fridges, and both houses. Maybe I just run good.
Never encountered an apartment here that didn’t come with a fridge and stove. Even our shitty college houses had all of that included.
Maybe I’m getting you confused with someone else, but didn’t you buy a foreclosed house?
I’ve looked at a good number of foreclosed houses in an attempt to find a good deal. Everyone of them was stripped down. None had refrigerators, washers, or dryers.
Other than that, I’ve never had this issue personally in any place I sought to buy or rent.
When I looked for places to rent in LA in the early 2000s some of them didn’t have refrigerators. I think they all had stoves.
Looks like there is an actual reason for this:
It’s Snake River Farms, Wagyu, I believe. Not sure what cut, but probably ribeye. My buddy got them and dry aged them then seared them. He fixed so twice baked potatoes and steamed artichokes. We’ve got a friend who manages a restaurant and he brought a bottle of Nickle and Nickel cab. It was fantastic, but I forgot to take photos
They were ribeye caps
Oh, that makes more sense. They certainly didn’t look like full rib eyes.
Can’t believe he actually answered it. He ignored less offensive and inflammatory questions than that.
He’s lying
Kind of. The article immediate says that other states, Texas for example, doesn’t require it, but nearly all rentals come with them in Texas. I never rented a place that didn’t have a refrigerator and the landlord didn’t consider them part of the apartment.
I haven’t spent a whole lot of time digesting the full implications, but is it possible Trump fucking with the census was a net benefit for the blue team.
It looks like mostly red states were undercounted and mostly blue states were overcounted. Not sure if any of these over/unders would end up changing the number of reps. But if you were trying to skew things to the left, isn’t this what you would want?
I realize there are other things at stake besides house seats/EC votes though, so it wouldn’t surprise if more dem constituents were hurt by this than helped because of the other effects.
Might want to mention it’s a dream. Still wtf
Idk where to go with this. NBA, GOP, Trump, insurrection all qualify.
