What kind of idiotic conference has rivals that play every year in separate divisions?

inject this game into my veins

They don’t play in separate divisions. Everyone in the 10 team Big 12 plays each other once. They added a conference championship game to pad the resume for the committee. The last time OSU won the conference, they got shut out of the Alabama - LSU rematch after winning the conference and not playing in a title game.

Yup that’s my bad.

Although you could just change it to OKST over Baylor if they end up winning this game.

Zero chance the committee puts OSU into the playoff. None.

They would put a 2 loss Alabama or Ohio State in over a 1 loss OSU

Fucking stupid OK State. Why do defensive players always do that shit so long after the whistle?

Lol refs bailing them out.

It was a pretty mild shove and a dramatic flop though.

No way. Ok St’s remaining SOS is too good. They could leap an undefeated Cinci.

Bedlam game is out of its mind and there’s still 10 minutes left

Disclaimer: I don’t watch football and haven’t for years. Historically, the Big 10 and SEC get all the love, and no one cares about any Big 12 school not named OU / TX (Baylor? TCU? OSU 2011?)

I don’t know the makeup of the committee, but the ncaa has treated osu like shit ever since the Andy Oliver appeal and Dez Bryant case (fucking lol if you remember that one).

Wait, wat? What is the reasoning here? The SEC does this. There are also rivalry games between teams in seperate conferences.

You could easily be right. I’m just looking at where they are sitting now and looking at 2 potential top 15 wins to close out. They would definitely be in over ND.

Also, I feel your pain. Even before Arkansas entered its worst stretch in history they have always received the same treatment in the SEC.

The 2010 loss to Florida was one of the most blatantly biased games you will ever see.

I’d be shocked if the purists put in OSU over touchdown Jesus. Regardless of merit.

I’m not sure the Notre Dame favoritism is the same since they got merked by Bama.

I guess they maybe could get more eyes on the game but that seems debatable.

Ruh Roh.

Uh…

lol I’m not claiming to be an expert on viewership.

Notre Dame has NBC all to themselves and the Catholic viewership.

Someone finally goes for 2 when they clearly should have kicked.

The Ohio State fans in my life are being disturbingly rational about this.
