Our EV is 51.4 but it seems like a lot of 50 or 51 and a little clean sweep through it all for a huge huge wave. All those 20-30% chance states have to be strongly correlated.
Is that legal/constitutional? One principle of democracy is that future legislatures can override past decisions. If you want to put constraints on them you need to put it in the constitution and not in run-of-the-mill laws.
If they are willing to cheat on their spouse I suspect they are also more likely to be dishonest in other aspects of their life.

And while sheās technically the āincumbentā, it should be treated almost like a reverse incumbency because she lost the other seat in an election two years ago and was simply appointed to this one.
