Was just talking about this with wife, women politicians can be “likeable” until like mid-40s. As they get older they become less “likeable.”
For example, Nikki Haley is fading out of having “likeability.”

Likely D is a pretty high bar to cross. I’m not sure she would ever move an incumbent to “likely” to lose based on a wave election alone. It was tough for her to even move it out of tossup until after Labor Day but the consistency of the polls let her do it
