I think if I were a judge Iâd summarily dismiss any case, suit, brief or whatever if they canât even bother to proofread. Jesus fuck, I thought law school was 95% writing. How do you live in CA, practice law in CA, and not know how to spell the name of your own fucking governor?

Trump is correct. The American People won.
It was because they thought the court had to hear the case due to original jurisdiction. Which is also some nonsense but still.
The two said: I would therefore grant the motion to file the bill of complaint but would not grant other relief, and I express no view on any other issue.
So they would dismiss the complaint after filing.
