You havenât sketched out a scenario where it doesnât. Trump can kick and scream all he likes, but once January 21 rolls around, he is not President. If somehow Biden is not sworn in as President, then Pelosi is President.
The military donât need to be involved because who are the guys with guns they would need to oppose? If people donât behave according to the law theyâll get arrested. DC is like 95% Democratic dude, Trump is not a wizard.
