finally got my hands on a nobles deck for a non ridiculous price… i’m pretty sure it’s bis for unholy dk through phase 2 as well so definitely needed to get it… my best parse average is up to around 92. which isn’t great but isn’t terrible…
gotta start working on some more alts now, i think… AV weekend is the 18th so it’d be nice to have 3 or 4 up to around 75 so i can finish them off in AV over that weekend.

i browsed the AH for the last week or so and scooped all the cards for right under 5.5k on benediction. the full decks are still going for like 7 or so. i assume they will go back up again a little towards the end of the week and next week because the faire starts sunday/monday.
nice, yea prices dropped to 7 here after hitting 8.5 briefly, i stopped crafting them several days ago
I missed my bis gun off KT again, getting frustrated, my 3’s team is pushing rating and MM hits like a limp noodle til i get that thing
that’s unfortunate. we’ve had 2 i think, and only have 1 hunter. i grabbed a last laugh. but haven’t seen the gloves nor a belt drop at all.
I played 50 arena games at 60% winrate tonight with my disc priest partner. He’s hilarious, and pretty good, thinks outside the box, we sync and communicate well together and neither of us tilts when we lose or blames the other person which has been a big problem with my 2’s partners over the years.
I went MM, I watched like 8 straight hours the other day of this #1 ranked MM hunter who also runs with a disc priest. The style is different than I was used to, and feels odd at first, but it’s basically playing extremely patient, cc’ing as often as you can and burning up their trinkets, then going for final CC and kind of waiting for your opportunity to burst one down and then its gg. MM has a lot of bleed pressure and tons of tools for controlling the matchup. Really fun spec that took me a bit to get used to but it is unquestionably better than survival. If I could do more damage it’d be absolutely nutty, I’m basically just winning by attrition/mana drain right now.
Disc/mm feels really solid tho. You can play a bursty game or a long, controlled game depending on matchup. As my partner said “just think of me like a pet” and if I protect him well and peel for him it’s usually an easy win. If they train me, almost no comps can kill me if he’s healing me, which is a mistake a lot of people make. If they train him, it’s a bit harder, but I usually cc and then burst the other, and it’s a rough spot for them especially if he gets a big fear off.
Solid comp, maybe gonna end up being one of the top 2’s comps, pretty sure. I don’t see any weaknesses except feral comps.
also, I bought dragonflight epic pack today, so get ready for some retail posts. sorry. i couldnt help it, the talent tree revamp sucked me in. I quit retail around WoD because the talent trees felt way too simple.

my guilds raid nights never line up with these thursday releases so we had a scuffed outing. 25m got to yogg didnt clear. 10 man cleared all the hards(minus XT) and yogg 1light but didnt try algalon.
i’d definitely never played ulduar the first time around so this has been fun.
