Randomise for draft positions, pick teams at the following price points.
Payouts are
20 units World Champ
5 units goes to each team the WC beats in the KO stage (so if your team makes the KO stage and is beaten you have a sweat the rest of the Cup).
10 units worst group stage team (Pts/GD/least Goals scored as tiebreakers.
Remaining 50 units split on a goal ratio basis. (169 goals last Cup so approx 0.3 units per goal your team scores. Group stage and KO stage counts. Extra time counts. Shoot-outs don’t.
If you guys want to co-opt it go ahead. But I already have enough action on this (we have a a high stakes pool for 100 AUD a unit and a low stakes for 10 AUD a unit.
