This is an example why I always start with my standard consonant burner. It makes these much less of a crapshoot. 90% of the time it leads to more guesses than other strategies, but the other 10% of the time it helps prevent failure.

I guess if he’d also suggested we hatch a good plan to come up with a good batch of guesses so we can match the word properly, it would have been too obvious.
