Got “???” when entering a word in Semantle. Not in the top 1000 but it has a similarity score that would put it in the top 1000. Weird as hell.

I made a YOLO second guess (chalk) which I thought was either gonna be exactly correct or yield no info. Ended up splitting the difference, but I’ll take 3s any day.

AISLE. I always open with that because Suzzer said a while back that his techy friend calculated that to be the best opener. The TRACE and CRANE ones are prob better, but I got used to it, and my results are ok, so whatever.

Rough, rough day. Did hard mode in both Q and D, and didn’t think hard enough. W took me a minute. O saved the day with a PB for me.

Dang, had an outside shot at the 2/4/5/6 for a new record, but had at least 3 working possibilities for that top left word, didn’t pick the right one.
I hate this with the passion of a thousand burning suns. Which means tomorrow I’ll try not to give up in abject frustration.

Feels like the challenge to Quordle is to go 4-5-6-7, because it’s really improbable to be able to bang out 4 words based on just an opener or an opener and a follow up. I find myself using 3 words to bang out as many letters as possible, and then figuring out words.
