Probably and it helps to have a sort of placebo in place in your head as that’s where the problems will be, I think/?

Never did that. I took X twice. Once good and once depressing. I’m old enough that it wasn’t even illegal when I first knew people taking it. I think everyone knows X has very beneficial results for some people in therapy and it’s a shame it’s not widely available to psychiatrists. LSD also - used to treat addiction before it was illegal.

I had lots of great experiences with LSD and X, but the only time I did them together was one of the all time worst experiences of my life. Probably didn’t help that my idiot friends insisted on starting the night by watching one of those stupid faces of death movies.
I think you just ran bad. Candy flipping has been pretty popular for a long time.

Ha ha they have a name for it now? This was over 30 years ago, I don’t think we had a name for it.
I remember that term from the 90’s. Dunno if it goes back further. They probably call it something else now.
I’m going to guess my bad trip was some time around '88 plus or minus a year or so. Well before I ever heard the term molly.
We done the teenagers thing of taking microdrops that we’re dam fresh then flints of something dried more but just as strong and went like a 8/12 month stint of doing it every other month.
We had a big park beside us so it was game on and they landed in our area just at the right times… Everyone done it or wanted to.
I have a few story’s that would hold up as a chapter’s in Irvine welsh’s books. 
After years of not taking any and just about to turn 30 the mates decided it was time to try it again, after 1 said the’d never tried it and wanted to so badly and the other has access to Mexican shrooms so we’re off…
To the park in Benmore argyll with tents and all… Set up and enjoy the next 4 hours walking in the park on a beautiful summers day.

Then later on outside the park where we set the tents up enjoying a bottle of Macallum whiskey and a great roaring fire when the local police arrived and decide to stay longer than usual as they knew were were on more than the whiskeys and start to grill us after hearing the strong glaswegian accents 
and after a headmaster, teacher, pharmaceutical expert, a Biologist and when they got to me I just said “I’m only the taxi driver mate” we all laughed and they walked off. 
Phew!!
All in all it was more fun and better times as kids…

I did lots of acid. I’ve seen some people have some pretty gnarly trips. I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone who isn’t gung ho about it to begin with. 8 hours was always about 3 too long for me.
Shrooms I’ll still do just about anytime and recommend to anyone.
Now a k-hole that’s some shit man.
They gave ketamine, among other things, to my mom in the emergency room when they were setting her broken ankle.
Still call it candyflipping and the main thing for an enjoyable experience is getting the timing right with the x
Anecdotally, I’ve talked to a lot of ER/Trauma types that Diana had less that optimal care. Extraction time was prolonged, less than optimal fluid care. Another way to look at it is that is VERY uncommon for patients who are alive to not make it- you generally die at the scene, or you make it especially in blunt vs penetrating trauma.
NONE of this has anything to do with socialized medicine, of course.

I took a manageable dose when I was 15 before an Ozzy Osbourne concert. It was fun.

This is the dumbest thing I ever heard. Were they trying to force a bad trip? Jesus christ. Shitty friends, or just dumb, but shitty for being that dumb.
Don’t know if mixing X and LSD is commonly considered bad or the setup was just wrong. As far as films, can’t go wrong with something like Powaqqatsi.
Edit: forgot that Powaqqatsi was produced by the Cannon Group, lol. Gotta be a story there.

At least 33 Turkish soldiers were killed and more than 30 wounded, said Rahmi Dogan, the Turkish governor of the southern province of Hatay, where the Turkish casualties were arriving.
Turkish officials said the strike had been carried out by Syrian government forces, but Russian jets have been conducting most of the airstrikes in the area in recent weeks. Turkish protesters in Istanbul converged on the Russian Consulate there early Friday, chanting “Murderer Russia! Murderer Putin!”
Turkish officials have avoided blaming the Russian government for aggression against their forces in Syria, hoping to avoid a direct confrontation with Russia’s much stronger military and to keep a line open for talks with Russia’s president, Vladimir V. Putin.
