They have to turn everything back to what the Dems are going to do for people the Rs are of course not going to do. When asked about the border Kamala should just say that Republicans will never do anything at the border that will help working class people, they just want to give handouts to rich people, Dems will help you with your most important problems, here is a simple message about what we will give you when you vote for us, the end.
i would argue that if “immigration” is the deciding issue, then that still isn’t anything about “policy” it’s just xenophobia.
Trump has clear policies on immigration that the base loves, he’s not even a little subtle about it:
People like that lady really irk me because I’d wager a decent bit that most if not all of her conveniences and luxuries in life come on the backs of immigrants. All the restaurants she eats at, the produce she buys at piggly wiggly, much of the service insustry she likely enjoys, etc all are kept running if not outright created by immigrants. And I’d also wager she’s never had an actual interaction or negative experience with someone who crossed the southern border “illegally”. Just blissfully unaware that she is cheering on the destruction of lives, many of which work hard to make her privileged life better.
But she can tell you 20 facts about Mollie Tibbetts and rattle off a half dozen other violent crimes committed by illegal immigrants.
The human brain just cannot handle being bombarded with that stuff.
