I don’t think they’re better, but they are more gambly. We were playing 5/5 with a rock and a mandatory blind raise to 20. We were doing bomb pots as big as 200 each. If you’re not comfortable, you should run good at 1/2 first and take a shot towards the end of your trip.

I always get cabeza anywhere they sell it. They do have brains that I didn’t try and would take next time. The larger sign also suggested they had sweetbread which is my favorite meat but then the sign below it suggested they didn’t. It was too hectic to ask.

Speaking of tacos, has anyone else been to Komex? I was there a few years ago. I can’t say I hated it, but I can’t say it jumped out at me as something I need to go back to.

brandon adams is a pretty big enigma to me in general
he seems to be this super smart successful guy but i think he’s the spot in his gambling efforts (he plays/played nosebleed DFS too) but he invests so much time and effort to it that i’m not sure what’s the deal
Some slots action, “well I gotta keep going cuz I got em up there” (meaning she keeps adding to the potential wilds available, but not actually hitting them herself).

He bets 55 with like 180 behind, I decide to just call and reeval on turn and hoping to bring in a worse FD.
Other 3 fold and turn brings an offsuit 3.
He checks and I pot, effectively the rest of his stack. He snap folds and confidently turns up KK, so I show my hand. I was thinking maybe he had AK with some sort of other draw. l never imagined KKK.
I was the only player showing any aggression so I have no idea how he isn’t snap calling, but ok.

Living in Puerto Vallarta but family’s in Omaha. Went back home for a month to get vaccinated and visit. We did a 3 day KC trip last week then flew from Omaha to Vegas yesterday for a 4 day trip and I’ll fly direct back to PV from here.

Lol, was trying to set up William Hill by Nevada app, but I needed the Caesars by William Hill app.
Sat at the 5/5 PLO w/Rock when it opened 5 handed, but only stayed an orbit as the players seemed competent and aggro and didn’t really want to have to focus much. So I moved to the 1/2 and played for 2.5 hours. Game wasn’t too impressive, 5 or so nits and 2 semi spots. Left up $53.
Went to Strip House in Planet Hollywood and thought it was a little meh. Filet Mignon was so so slightly dry and my mom’s lobster was pretty good.
