In a row?

Yes, for Trump, if there are 34 counts they have to be in a row. It’s a rule.

Google “donald trump rule 34” to learn more.

Rupar saying the word conspiracy is not in the indictment but some are saying one of the charges is a conspiracy charge.

Is this just some legal wording thing?

The indictment is 34 counts of falsifying business records in the first degree.

Lol just lol.

This is all going to come to absolutely nothing.

He will be proudly announcing “of course I faked that stuff. Every smart business man does that. What, should I pay more money than I need to? That is just bigly dumb” From his next rally and be getting loud cheers for it.

34 is more counts that you had on capone!

The system wasn’t totally broken and he wasn’t a president.

You sound upset he was indicted.

Not upset but not even a little excited.

This will be the outcome

  1. he will brag about and use it to bolster his “fighting the system/lib” cred

  2. he will never have a trial

  3. he will never have to plead guilty

  4. he will serve zero time and pay zero fines

  5. 1-4 will further reinforce that the powerful can’t face repercussions thereby emboldening him or DeSantis even more to ignore both law and norms.

I can’t think of a single good thing that will come of this.

Hope I’m wrong.

Whoever did this got a legit LOL from me.

ianal, but these outcomes seem unlikely, if not impossible, at this stage. do you think the prosecutor will now just drop the charges? accept a settlement with no admission of guilt?

There will be a plea bargain. Admits guilt under his breath and serves house arrest at Mar a Lago. Whoopee.
