I can’t believe I’m doing this to my co-host, but the objective evaluations of aesthetic value cares not for feelings! You didn’t like it when I said Maynard Keenan wasn’t that great. Sorry to say the same of this guy. The song does have some interesting variety. A few interesting drum sections. For whatever reason nu metal Primus is not doing it for me at this exact second. Blame @pyatnitski !!

In 9th place and 2 points - mjiggy – Sublime – “Santeria”
This might be the most high-school song of all time, so that’s good. It’s giving me big early 2000’s Much Music vibes. I used to sit in this giant brown chair and watch music videos and then switch over to Seinfeld or Caroline in the City reruns during bad songs. Wouldn’t have changed the channel with this one, that’s for sure. Nice throwback.

That song is totally going to be hit or miss for people (which is the reason I chose it). I also thought it was interesting to submit for people who are only familiar with the latest Incubus stuff. Their first few albums were very different and they had crazy skillz for how young they were at the time. <3

This seems like a JT jam. Can we have a rap walrus next? This era of rap has always been a tough sell for me and I’m not sure why. Did this track ever make it onto your radio show? A young mimosa must have been a funky dude.
