To keep it random for later rounds, if we get a late entry, you can forward their category one entry to me. Then shuffle their other entries with the other categories.

Category 1 has been sent. All entries are shuffled in all categories, so no worries about being able to identify anyone by where they are on the list. And will do for any latecomers.
