Essentially the stock market was climbing and poised to end the day up almost 300 points when word about the missles hitting reached wall street. The markets dropped about 130 points from the high right after that about 30 minutes before the market closed.

I actually think that Dems have more to worry about from domestic terrorists. If Trump panics in the lead up to the election we are almost certain to get a “will someone rid me of this meddlesome Democrat!” moment from Trump.

Cliffs incase anyone missed it, Trump completely walked back his promise to knock down cultural sites (read warcrimes), and asked NATOs help to resolve the crisis. He sounded very winded, probably after realizing that starting WW3 would probably not do well for his golf courses.

As predicted, Iran warned Iraq about the attacks before they happened and Iraq passed the warning on to the US.
No Americans or Iraqis were killed in Iran’s missile strikes yesterday. Now we know one key reason why.
In a statement posted overnight, Iraq’s Prime Minister Adil Abdul Mahdi revealed Iran had sent his government a message before the attacks, warning its “response to the assassination of the martyr Qasem Soleimani had begun or would begin shortly”.
According to a US defence official cited by CNN, the Iraqis were told to stay away from certain military bases. Iraq then gave the United States advance warning of “which bases would be hit”.
So, while launching the attacks that could have started a war, Iran was quietly – albeit indirectly – feeding America the information it needed to keep its personnel safe.
Like I said, Donny already knew there would be no casualties, which is why he tweeted “All is well!” while simultaneously claiming casualty estimates were ongoing.

I feel like if Trump knew Iran warned the Iraqis first he’d be bragging that they informed America first because they’re terrified now. Because under President Trump nobody would dare harm American soldiers under your favorite president, but if you elected a democrat soldiers will be beheaded in the streets and the democrats will give them all your hard earned money.
