I too despise the autotuned effect that’s now so standard, but Ariana Grande is a magnificent live singer. She sang Mariah Carey’s [redacted until “E” day] and pitched the damn thing half a step up. If you will permit me, I would feel giddy to provide a clip or two at the appropriate time.
