Alright, the bad news is that the Russian Ministry of Defense did post pictures of mobile ICBM launchers that could be used for nukes. The good news is that they at least are claiming they’re only being moved toward Moscow for a parade.
But do we trust that, and right now of all times?

The 400-kilometer route was on transport highways of three regions: Ivanovskaya, Vladimirskaya, Moscow, including along the federal highway M7 and Moscow ring road.

If those were Topol-M then yes they are regularly used at parades. The timing is conspicuous, of course, but I don’t think it changes anything.
imagine bad russian accent ambassdor to ireland saying this line:

Looks like the parade is scheduled in May, this is beyond conspicuous and is almost certainly intended and will be interpreted as saber-rattling.

I have seen this video with an English description that said this was an abandoned vehicle that was set on fire. Can’t vouch for the accuracy obviously.
