I don’t see how that works if he’s facing Ukrainian forces that haven’t surrendered in the west of the country. Also there is likely to be some level of insurgency in annexed areas. these are essentially airlifts, maybe 300-500km from border into kyiv. they make round trips moving ~150-200 troopers at a time. if the plan from that twitter thread was accurate, they planned to have 10k troops deploy at the airfield. that’s a lot of flights, but it’s conceivable 10-20 planes can do it in a day.
Some Internet connectivity has been restored in Kyiv, so that’s a good development.
What kind of air force does Ukraine have? Please tell me it’s not just the Ghost of Kiev and some helicopters.

Starting to think the way this ends is with a knife in Putin’s back courtesy of the oligarchs. They want to chase tail in Miami Beach and float around Mallorca on their yachts. I can’t imagine their thrilled about how any of this is going so far.
