I read a pretty interesting article over a month ago, written by a retired master chief, about how alarmingly lousy morale has gotten in the Navy and how the dots connect fairly easily to increased suicides by sailors. I’ll see if I can find it.

Seems like a victory that that guy just admits he’s a racist. Like maybe 2 years ago he would have thought that the idea that this makes him a racist is absurd, but the argument that things like “English Only” is racist has completely won and the many many people (D and R) who have been stewing over “press 1 for English” for years have to either change that or admit they are the baddies.
Either that or the Overton Window is shifting and Steve King’s “Why is racist bad?” maybe helped it a little.
