Trump Town Hall Underlevered Viewing Coordination & Commentary

Biden really needs to serve only one term. Set some clear goals that can be achieved, get them done, and bow out. If he can do that he’ll end up being remembered like Polk in history. Unspectacular but always highly regarded by historians.

Ah Joe, be alpha here, say, “here’s the deal, I’m not going to lose, I’m going to win, bigly.”

Pretty decent answer here.

These town halls are why it infuriates me when people say dumb things like “Ohhhh…they’re both the same” about the candidates or the parties or whatever. And I heard it a shit ton from folks (who obviously voted for Trump) who claim to be moderated, willing to vote for either party, etc.

Joe giving an effective unity speech. Well done.

I figured with enough time and training he probably would’ve made it as a journeyman backup outfielder but baseball is what he wanted to do at the time then eventually came to realize he preferred GOAT’ing again. Not all of us can pick and choose.

“Do you think the next debate will happen? Will you insist he takes a COVID test?”

“Yes. I took a test today. To be sure I could come. It’s about decency. It’s not even about me - it’s about the camera folk, the people in the room, etc. The commission on debates has rules, I will follow them, I don’t know if he will. I expect to be there”

That was the last Q.

I’m still having trouble shaking that insane “nice smile” woman. Also JFC don’t make 200 year old Biden stare up to see the questioners, he looks like a god damn dementia patient.

Joe continuing to hang around and talk to voters who didn’t get to ask a question on TV during the 90 minutes. It’s mind-blowing that he’s not a shoo-in to win.

Yeah, but Trumps smile!

Nah this is regular politician bs. Enough cynics in the world to make this just kissing babies.

That woman is on drugs. Trump has never had a genuine smile in his adult life.

He gave what I hope turns into a soundbite.

He said Trump lied about COVID because he was afraid the country would panic.

Joe: Americans don’t panic. HE panicked.

Maybe I was too hard on Savannah early on. Getting lots of kudos online, and clearly tilted team Trump, which is all that matters. If you’re in the weeds every day, you get frustrated at the obvious missed slam dunks, but clearly she was objectively effective.

They went to commercial, came back, and he’s still talking to the questioners. Damn.

He is a shoe-in to win. He’s leading by double-digits in the most polarized political era of the last 100 years. We all just have PTSD from 2016. We’ll all be laughing about how worried we were on November 4th. @SweetSummerChild; @Narrator, @Preet_Bharara

Yea I mean 18 million have already voted. He might lose by 10 million votes.

About that guy who was going to moderate the second debate lol

“For several weeks, I was subjected to relentless criticism on social media and in conservative news outlets regarding my role as moderator for the second presidential debate, including attacks aimed directly at my family,” Scully wrote. “This culminated on Thursday, October 8th when I heard President Trump go on national television twice and falsely attack me by name. Out of frustration, I sent a brief tweet addressed to Anthony Scaramucci. The next morning when I saw that this tweet had created a controversy, I falsely claimed that my Twitter account had been hacked.”
