Yeah I’m still happy, but I wish she would push him hard on healthcare and stimulus stuff as those are two of the biggest issues.
Biden dodging hard on court packing, which imo means it’s marginally more likely that he’d do it. Says he doesn’t like court packing, but it depends on how this ACB nomination “is handled”.

Biden said he’ll tell us if he’s packing the court before the election. He did ok on court-packing question, but stumbled through follow-up from Stephanopolous. Basically said well if they rush this nominee through, we’ll have to look at it. But flailed a bit after that.
Can’t believe they still haven’t coached him on a clear, concise, powerful answer.

Yeah definitely has my hopes up. I think if we can get it done in the senate we will get it done. Although if its close I don’t think Biden has the politic chops to put a ton of pressure on senators to make it happen.
He doesn’t sound as horrible as I was hoping he would.
