I think the “why” has changed some in the modern world, and I find it more convincing when hearing it from someone who has watched a thousand people die.

I have basically the same experience. I think my opinion on this topic would be completely worthless, if informed mostly by my experience in the ER

If you actually looked it up and found it to be unrelated, please post results. I’d bet that it’s irrelevant, but can’t be arsed up to look it up (and wouldn’t make that statement until I did).

His PhD is in physiology. You don’t need to watch the whole video. You could watch 5 minutes and probably learn more of significance than you will in the rest of the day.
