Why, on his Scottish property! It has a tad of harshness to it, so it would come off more like a punishment. And as it is outside of the United States, it reminds me of Kaiser Wilhelm’s exile Doorn Manor in the Kingdom of the Netherlands.

Incidently The Manager of the clubs before Trump took over was a very well connected guy who was absolutely likable, offered to stay on but was asked to take a very reduced salary.
He came to Glasgow to work when 1 of his friends got him a nice salary to wander around all day talking to us. 
Scotland is a very small business community and at the Golfing level it’s even more secluded, his clubs will never make money here period!
Friends of the manager are still in charge of the local community wrt food/maintenance and other trivial stuff, and if I was visiting the area I would not trust the drink or food at any of his establishments.
If you can visualise a bar run by “who gives a fuck” and then get served by “Do I look like I care” after tasting a rim shot followed by a that’s definitely not a £60 glass of whisky. You’d get the picture.

I hate your suggestion because he gets to live in Florida. If I was Trump I’d rather sleep on a bed with bed bugs every night than spend an hour a day in a foreign country where there are zero MAGA people. All the other stuff is fine.
Realistically though he’s going to go to a federal min security prison, which should be way worse than any of his shitty properties. I’d send him to ADX Florence if I could, but I’ll probably have to settle for club Fed.

I just had a troublesome afterthought to this pet Trump exile foretelling of mine. What if he seeks asylum in Russia, say after an Impeachment or after losing the election, calls for an uprising of his followers, and runs some sort of exile government?
