Was gonna say, isn’t this good?

Frees up a spot on the federal judiciary that we can fill with someone younger.

But is he ambitious? Did they thrice present him with the AG offer, which thrice he did refuse?

Yes, beauty love brick!

starting with cucking Bernie by making him hold Neera Tanden’s confirmation hearings as chairman of the Budget committee.

She was nominated, the hearings won’t be until later. But he’ll be the committee chairman, lol.

It’s not naive to think he must harbor some ill will, but if he’s an honorable person like I expect he is (mostly based on the fact that Mitch had the votes to vote him down, but wanted to prevent a vote altogether, which tells me he didn’t have anything solid to demonize him with), it’s only appropriate that he accepted this nomination if he thinks he can separate that ill will from his prosecutorial decisions.

It was disqualifying, even if not recognized as such in the final votes, for Brett Kavanaugh to vow political revenge, and it would be no more appropriate from an Attorney General.

If anything I think he will go out of his way to try and be super " fair " and not go after them hard.

Yeah, that’s a hard pass from me, dog.

LOL

Gotta be honest, I didn’t see this one coming.

Lol, good to see Manchin definitely wants to give up his seat to a republican in 2024.
