I watched some of the first season, yes. I never really got into it, and I only occasionally saw episodes.
This season marks the show’s third DECADE filming.
The Simpsons is in its FIFTH decade
First 3 episodes of Only Murders in the Building have been really great. Steve Martin, Martin Short and Selena Gomez play true crime enthusiasts who decide to investigate and make a their own podcast about a death in their NY apartment building. I was in just to see Martin and Short working together again, but so far the show has exceeded my expectations in every way.
If S1 filmed just a few months earlier and it would have been 4 decades.

So I’m about halfway through a one-hour Richard Splett highlight video and it has confirmed to me that Veep has the greatest writing of any comedy in history.
I remember watching Veep and getting a little mad because I don’t think I could ever come up with half the shit they did.

The beyond deadpan delivery takes it to another level too. So often I was, did he just say what I think he said, and laughed harder when I replayed it to hear it again.
That sucks.
