Snap-divorce AINEC.
Thereās no stopping my friend. Next up is your wife finding you hiding in the garage mainlining Pui Pui Molcar at 3 am. Its a dark path.
Grunching a bit from earlier wire discussion but this was always my favorite scene of the entire show:
I always related to the pure self destructiveness of McNulty I guess.
Eh? Itās passable young adult fantasy world stuff that seems like an Airbender ripoff. I watched 1st ep and thought it was fine but not enough to watch more, Iām a very important person.
So weāre basically heading for The Leagueās porn in the shower scene but with Pui Pui Molcar?
Love, Death, & Robots Season 2 comes out May 14th. If you havenāt watched season 1 yet, you are missing out.
Yeah, I donāt even remember how much Grace was in season 1, and in season 2 they swapped out Devin for Caleb.
I also like the students more than the teachers, generally-- this was really noticeable in season 3, where the students by and large took a back seat much more than in the first two. Although I still liked season 3 well enough.
The Katie Holmes episode is my favorite of the series.
Sadly it was. It just kept going down hill. The Battle of Winterfell at least in some instances felt epic. Dragons fighting against other dragons in the sky. Pitch black, howling wind. But Winterfell ahem fell way too quickly. Didnāt castles have flaming tar to drop on people who were trying to scale the walls? Seemed like itād work against wights doing a WWZ. Lol Night King.
After that I donāt think Iād seen a show try to pull off a closing so quickly. lol Bran as king. I feel a little bit for the Stark family coda though.

Flaming tar and boiling oil is a myth. Better to just use boiling water, much cheaper.
Itās the season 3 finale.
This is a great example of how lazy and half-assed the showās writing was toward the end. Bran as king does make sense, but it makes sense because Bran literally has all the knowledge of history now or whatever the Three-Eyed Raven powers give him. Instead they give some bullshit about him having the best story, which is, charitably speaking, highly debatable.
I rewatched The Wire with my dad toward the end of his fight against ALS. Really enjoyed it on the rewatch and my dad loved it. It ended up being the last show we watched together. Itās definitely either my favorite or second favorite series of all time. Probably my favorite because itās holding up well over time.
whoah hold on buddy, who has a better story than Bran the Broken???
Everyone.
Even Ed Fucking Sheeran.
I know, I know, I just canāt believe the writers made Tyrion say that.
Olenna, Tywin, Joffrey and Tormund
So based on this thread I started The Shield. Iām 4 eps in and itāsā¦ meh? I donāt know how to describe it so far. Kind of corny, for lack of the right word. (lots of moments of off-camera voices shouting things like āthat guys a crank-head!ā to help me, the dumb viewer, better understand whatās going on). Also, it seems kinda racist or if not that than at least racially cringe-y?
That said, I have a very high tolerance for meh TV and I am also very optimistic that it gets better based on this thread ā¦ but so far Iām a little confused about what Iām supposed to be loving. I will file another much anticipated report at the end of S1.
PS: is there a show out there with worse music?
i started watching succession. itās kinda of interesting, kinda like who is going to fuck over whom, but with absolutely no likable characters, ā¦ how am i to watch it with my so? the wiki says itās a dark comedy/satire. ummmā¦ not getting that at all.
