I understand women in red states will be in serious trouble but how easy would it be for the federal government to enforce a federal level ban? Would it end up like weed where California just has a conflicting state law and refuses to enforce the federal one?

Very easy. Define it as murder and itâs done. No state law can preempt that. You could also threaten Medicare or Medicaid funding for states that donât enforce the ban
This is just a dark, sad reminder that none of this, the multi-generation campaign against abortion, is actually about the sanctity of life. Itâs about punishing people for having sex before marriage. Thatâs it.

Have you people learned nothing? Abortion is a side show issue. Mexicans are raping Midwestern women and the educated, wealthy, coastal elite wants to give the Mexicanz free healthcare while forcing their children to learn that Thomas Jefferson had slaves (need a fact check on that!). Trump is going to save the day.
