Starts with the senators, amplified by the propanda networks, and solidified by their god Trump. Even if he didn’t, this is a very clear signal to me that all 50 Democrats are on board.
Collins is never the 50th yes vote here. She’s only doing this for some bipartisan cred because she knows her vote is meaningless. Manchin did something very similar with Kavanaugh.
