Nah DJTJ has the deep shame of the third generation sociopathic do nothing rich person. 1st gen don’t feel. 2nd gen push it all down and lock it away (and have really weird affects as a result) 3rd gen can’t quite keep the door closed. He stinks of desperation (and probably perspiration) in a way that his dad manages to hide by bulldozing over it.

Like compare their CPAC appearances from a few years ago. Don Sr. goes out there hugs the flag and talks for 3 hours off the cuff about big his shits are and how they don’t fit down the toilet and kills it. DJTJ has the energy of a failing improv comic 3 days before he gives up and goes to work at target.

Totally this.

Chapo’s CPAC report completely reinforced that. They’ve never been hugged by their parents and so they spend their lives struggling to meet their approval by attempting to act in a way that they’d appreciate rather than be themselves.

In my experience the first generation empire builder is usually a complete sociopath who does anything to get as much money as possible. He uses money to control and micro-manage the lives of his family. He doesn’t really want his children to succeed because he wants to prove nobody else can do what he does, and he loves being the aggrieved hero. Happy, well-adjusted kids don’t need him, and that is not acceptable to a narcissist.

The second generation loves the money but at some point looks around and realizes dad is a terrible person and an even worse parent. So they try to do this weird balancing act where they play along enough to get the money while trying to show enough independence to live with themselves. This is a recipe for unhappiness.

By the third generation the wealth is often disappearing to divorce, taxes and an increasing number of mouths to feed. Third generation kids are raised to think they’re part of a dynasty but one day they wake up and realize mom and dad spent most of the money. They get resentful and either descend into darkness or find resentment-based motivation and start the cycle over.

Meanwhile, another week of “why won’t democrats do a bipartisan bill” from Chuck Todd, the same week the GOP refused to condemn a Sandy Hook and 9/11 truther.

It’s up to Biden to find common ground with the Sandy Hook truthers, ldo.

Tried the old “But I’m a great neighbour” when buying from Tescos the other day & did not receive any discounts, sad.

Can’t be too mean to the people who won’t admit you won and won’t condemn people who want to murder you

I feel like we can expect a lot of this shit. Just actively sabotaging everything on the way out. The mess Trump left is going to be astronomical.

Release basically all the vaccines you have, keep it a secret, leave Biden team holding the bag with almost no vaccines. Makes Trump team look good, will make Biden team look like shit when the process slows and massively underperforms. At least in the short term.

Should I be worried if me and moms will get our 2nd dose? It’s on the 19th.

I’ve always wondered what happened to the descendants of wealthy people like George Washington or William Penn. You don’t hear about them. Imagine how shitty your life has to be if your name is Ralph Penn and you make minimum wage knowing your great-great-great-great grandfather owned the state of Pennsylvania.

Dems should do a clean bill with fat money for vaccines and checks. 2k checks and lots of money for vaccines. It’s possible you get enough of these people who want to run for president supporting the 2k checks that you get 60 votes, if not you get them all on record not supporting the checks.

Of course dems won’t do this because it makes too much sense.

One of my families stories is a great grandfather or something owned a small town and had lots of wealth and the proceeding family blew all of it. I know my grandparents had a lil wealth and my parents blew that though my uncles made out ok. Definitely not wealthy though.

My dad also lies a lot about shit though so who knows, he said we all owned land in tenseness or some shit when we were kids but when we ask about it now he denies it lol.

I disagree. Fuck the GOP. Pass a monster bill and remind voters every day they voted against it. Nobody actually gives a shit about bipartisanship when they vote.

No. The states are all going to go bankrupt/collapse if they don’t get bailouts. They will then take the wider economy with them. There needs to be state and local funds as well. Blue states especially employ a ton in social services. You want to see massive cuts to social services because the states all have to go on austerity? It’ll be a vicious death spiral to the bottom.
