No that’s not what I mean. Trump has NPD. He will never allow his taxes be released. He will offer to step down in exchange his tax returns don’t get released. The image of he being a billionaire is too important.
When CC roasted Trump he was allowed to pick one topic that was off limits. He picked his finances. He is deathly embarrassed of people finding out his true net worth.

This Ukraine thing is one specific thing. Bigger than Watergate, but basically a single thing. There are probably 5 other scandles that are just as bad. We need translators and others to testify before Congress.
I think we will be learning about the specifics of Trump’s criminality for years to come, to say nothing of his family and associates.

One thing that’s become clear from everyone’s testimony is that Trump engages in quid pro quos ALL THE TIME. It’s hard for anyone to remember any single conversation as the most important because this thing with Ukraine is just how he’s always done business. I would not be surprised if he has solicited interference in every election that benefited him, not just his own.

I mean he can say that but the Dems aren’t closing their impeachment inquiry until after they know whether or not they are getting his taxes.
Trump thinks at a very basic zero sum level. There’s a reason why he’s been railing for years about people finding out his taxes. He sees it as a major loss if people find out. If he didn’t care, he easily could have done what you just said 3 years ago. It’s clear he cares about his taxes being released. I mean it’s going to the SCOTUS for chrissakes.
